| The mission of the Poughkeepsie Housing Authority is to promote adequate affordable housing, economic opportunity, and a suitable living environment for the families we serve, without discrimination. |
| The Poughkeepsie Housing Authority was established in 1952. The Authority current manages 5 public housing sites with 359 units, housing approximately 1200 residents. In addition, through federally funded Section 8 Housing Program, we have vouchers to assist 87 families. |
